Good value for the area. Wonderful and nice little place, modern rooms. Good and favourable location, in the old town. Close to great restaurants and a bar with Guiness, main attractions, and a lovely 'Chocolate' cafe which opened at 7am for breakfast.

I always return to this hotel. They helped me with my technical problems. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, and an elevator. It suits me perfectly for my city trips.

Surrounding area full of Galician food, tour desk provides useless tourist info, can explore boring park and thermal springs, hotel offers laundry for when you're too lazy, free WiFi to waste time. Daily cleaning, wow!

The hotel's decoration had a charming old-world feel, with elegant furniture and beautiful artwork on the walls. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate. The accessibility was also excellent, with a lift that took us directly to all three floors. It was comforting to know that the hotel took into consideration the needs of older guests.

If I had one request for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. While they were generally polite, a little more assistance and attention to detail would have been appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Ourense. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the vibrant tapa scene and the stunning cathedral. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room exceeded our expectations, with its excellent amenities and cleanliness. The only minor downside was the lighting, as we would have preferred a light by the bed. Despite some street noise due to a celebration in the square, our overall experience at this hotel was exceptional. We would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center near the Cathedral and opposite a classic square. Being in a pedestrian area, it was easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. Although there was no parking available, transportation options were convenient with bus stops right in the square at the front door. The breakfast was delicious, especially the café next door. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, despite the language barrier. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife and checking out the trendy bars and clubs. The rooms were spacious and super clean, giving us plenty of room to hang out and get ready for our epic nights out. And let's not forget the free Wi-Fi, which was clutch for posting all of our sick pics and staying connected with our squad!

The only thing we would've asked for was a cool rooftop terrace or lounge area where we could chill with our crew and have a pre-party before hitting the town. It would've been epic to have a dedicated space for pre-gaming and catching those stunning Ourense city views.
